I am very disappointed with this cookbook. Paper and pictures are very poor quality. The recipes are simplistic and the pictures are all black and white. Definitely not worth the money!

Not what I was expecting. It does say in the description that there are black & white or color versions of the book, but never said that this was the black & white version. The cover is nice but the inside looked like it was printed on someone’s home printer on cheap paper. The quality was poor and I would prefer if the meals were organized by breakfast, lunch and dinner. None of the recipes really excited me. I can’t speak to how good they were because I returned the book. I think I’m better off googling low carb vegetarian meals and going from there.
If you are worried about your overweight then just dont worry. This book really helps you and it helped me too.
